Q: SHould i get a confirmation email once i register?
A: Upon successful submission of your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case the email is routed there. If you don't receive the confirmation email, it's possible that you may have entered your email address incorrectly. In this case, please re-register for the event.
Q: Are Children Allowed and WIll there be child care?
A: Unfortunately, we will not be providing child care services at this time. To ensure a positive and distraction-free experience for all attendees, we strongly encourage parents to make arrangements for a sitter during our live events. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: Are all the services the same?
A: Please note that our services will be unique and different each time, as David will be sharing a distinct message on each occasion. To fully benefit from the experience and gain a deeper understanding of David's teachings, we highly encourage you to attend all the sessions if your schedule permits.
Q: What time should i arrive?
A: We advise our attendees to arrive 1-2 hours before the start of the service.
Q: do i need to register?
A: We kindly request that you register for the event in order to help us better anticipate attendance and prepare accordingly. While registration is not required, it is greatly appreciated.
Q: How can i reserve seats?
A: We are pleased to inform you that if you are a partner of David Hernandez Ministries, you have the perk of being able to reserve seats for any upcoming events. To claim your reserved seats, please use the link provided below to access the Reserved Seating Form. Simply fill out the form and submit it, and one of our team members will be in touch with you shortly after receiving your request.
Q: is sign interpretation available at the event?
A: We appreciate your concern for accessibility and understand the importance of sign language interpreting services. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a sign interpreter scheduled for our event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and understand if this may discourage your attendance. We will make sure to note this request and keep it in mind for future events.
Q: How can i update my registration?
A: If your group's attendance count has changed, you can easily re-submit your registration with your updated count. This will ensure that we have accurate information for your group and will help us to prepare better.
Q: How do i cancel my registration?
A: We understand that sometimes plans change and we are sorry to hear if you will no longer be able to attend. Regarding the cancellation, please know that there is no action required on your end. We hope that you will consider joining us at one of our future events.
Q: How can i volunteer?
A: You can submit a Volunteer Form if you are interested in assisting us at an upcoming event.
