*In the event that contributions exceed the fundraising goal, such excess funds will also be categorized as unrestricted funds and utilized for the general purposes of the ministry. Should any funds designated for this project remain unused, they will be transferred to our general ministry fund and classified as unrestricted funds. The completion of the project, as well as the oversight of its financial administration, is subject to the discretion of our Board of Directors. All funds received will be managed in accordance with applicable laws and the governance standards established by our organization.
