These projections are estimates of each phase cost. In the event that we are able to save on costs, any and all finances left over will be allocated to the ministry’s general fund and used for general ministry purposes. In the event that we raise over our financial goal, funds will be allocated to the ministry’s general fund and used for general ministry purposes.

Our total fundraising goal is $20 million. The project funds will go towards the following: building purchase, renovation, equipment, set building, project management, consultants, content creators, marketing, relocation costs, operating costs, taxes, permits, designs, and miscellaneous costs, both ongoing and one-time, associated with making this project a reality. Project funds left unused on this specific project, if any, will be placed in our general ministry fund and categorized as unrestricted. Our board of directors will oversee this project and determine when it is complete. Additionally, any funds that come in that exceed our project goal will likewise be designated as unrestricted funds and used for general ministry purposes.
